Packing is a great time to spend with the people who matter most to you.
Make sure everyone has enough time to say proper farewells. You could throw a going away party, this way you get to spend time with all your friends not just a few. Enjoy what time you have with them. This will help give you more time to enjoy everything and get used to the upcoming changes.
When feeling stressed, most people don’t take the time to take care of their own needs. Some people often go without sleep or spend overly long days without taking breaks in between. You may think you are getting more done, but you cannot expect your body to follow such a sporadic schedule.
